Dan

Dan started as a butcher at just 14 Years old at CJ Meats in Havant and was in charge one year later. He worked the Petersfield Market and moved into wholesale. He will be recognised from Morgan's having served the local community there for the past 16 years and is looking forward to continue to serve old and new customers in his own shop.

Speciality - He is a perfectionist. If you want your food to look like a piece of art then Dan is your man.

Andy

Andy will also be a recognised friendly face from Morgan's serving the Petersfield community for 24 years.

Andy fell into butchery in the 80's working in a private shop before spending 16 years in Gateways later to become Somerfields. Andy also finished 3rd in a butchery competition which all the Somerfields in the country entered.

Speciality - There isn't really anything Andy cannot do, just ask and he will make it happen.

Jolene

Jolene knows absolutely nothing about butchery but she ensures the smooth running of everything else so the masters can concentrate on doing what they do best. Jolene is the business partner of Daniel Jones Traditional Butchers.

Speciality - Her favourite dish is fillet steak which she cooks very well medium rare covered in peppercorn sauce.
